An exciting EPA/State/DOD Environmental Symposium is scheduled for November 3-5, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. This conference is sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regions 1, 2 and 3, the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic State environmental agencies. The Steering committee would like to invite you and your colleagues to attend this symposium.

The theme of the symposium is "Yes We Can – Greening Our Future." The conference provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to obtain hands-on environmental compliance and sustainability training and to network with counterparts throughout the Federal government and state agencies. In addition, it will be a venue for collaboration at all levels on important issues such as climate change, smart growth/encroachment, and Stormwater compliance for new building and reconstruction projects.
