Step 11 Record on the Optional Comprehensive Inventory Worksheet(s) the names of each product, mixture, or hazardous chemical listed on the top of the MSDS(s), and record the hazardous chemcials contained in each of those products listed on the MSDSs in the Hazardous Ingredients section of the MSDS(s) in the Hazardous Chemical column next to the products which contain them. Please refer to the Optional Comprehensive Inventory Worksheet form provided. |
