The 2009 Federal Environmental Symposia (East and West) is open to Federal employees and contractors currently representing their Federal agencies. This year, a small admission fee will be charged to cover registration expenses.
Please reference our General Information page for more details on Symposium East & West dates/times, location, security policies, hotel accommodations, meals offered, etc.
Attendees are requested to register at the earliest possible date so that the logistics teams can coordinate needed resources. Symposium East and West registration must be done separately. See details below.
Symposium East
An admission fee of $125 will be collected from each participant (except DHHS employees, Symposia planning committee members, and all speakers) to cover the costs of registration. Advance registration is MANDATORY and government ID will be required for entry to Symposium East. The last day that attendees can register for Symposium East is May 29, 2009.
After registering, you will receive e-mail instructions on where to make online payment. Payment may include the admission fee ($125) and the price for either 1 lunch ($9), 2 lunches ($18) or 3 lunches ($27). All payments must be made online via credit card or debit card.

Symposium West
An admission fee of $270 will be collected from each partipant to cover the costs of registration and meals. Families are invited. Advance registration is MANDATORY. The last day that attendees can register for Symposium West is May 27, 2009.
After registering, you will receive e-mail instructions on how to make payment. All payments will be handled by the Hilton Bellevue Hotel.
Registration includes meals for the following days:
Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Wednesday: Breakfast and Lunch (Dinner is on your own)
Thursday: Breakfast and Lunch
There will be speakers presenting at each meal.
