The 2009 Federal Environmental Symposium (East and West) is open to Federal employees and contractors currently representing their Federal agencies. To facilitate program and resource planning, and to comply with host facility security policies, advance registration is REQUIRED for all attendees and exhibitors. This year, a small admission fee will be charged for each symposium to cover registration expenses.
Speakers must submit their presentations electronically online by Tuesday, May 26th, 2009 using the Presentation Submittal form provided in the registration form list below.
Advance Payment for Lunch (FES East)
Lunch will be provided daily at a rate of $9.00 per person. Advance payment is required for daily lunch purchases and will be accepted during conference registration payment. Attendees and exhibitors will be able to choose from either a 1-day ($9), 2-day ($18) or 3-day ($27) lunch package during online registration. Speakers will be able to sign up for meals when they submit their presentations online. Instructions for payment will be sent via e-mail after your registration application has been approved or after you have submitted your presentation. If you would like to purchase your advance lunch tickets separately after registering for the conference, you can use this separate lunch registration form. Please note the last day to advance purchase lunch tickets is May 29th, 2009. Cancellations must be made by June 5, 2009 to receive a refund for meals purchased.

How to Make Payment (FES East)
Once your application to attend, exhibit, or purchase meals has been approved, you will be sent a Registration Approval e-mail message that details what services you have requested and the corresponding fees (if any) that are due. The message will instruct you where to go online to make payment and have the vendor payment information available. PLEASE NOTE: Upon receipt of your Registration Approval message, if any fees are due, please proceed to the payment center immediately. Your registration will not be complete until all payments are received. A payment confirmation will be sent confirming payment. This will complete the registration and payment process.

Symposium West (click to jump directly to forms)
Attendance at Symposium West is limited to Federal Employees and contractors currently representing their Federal agency and their families. There will be a family track for attendees' families. If you are a member of the Federal Community and plan on attending the West Symposium, please complete the appropriate registration form found below in the Registration Forms section. Once you have submitted your registration application, you will receive e-mail verification instructing you how to make the registration fee payment (see also below.)
The registration fee for Symposium West this year is $270 per person and will be made directly to the hotel. The registration fee applies to all attendees, exhibitors, and speakers. See the hotel registration instructions below. Advance registration is required.
Registration includes meals for the following days:
Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Wednesday: Breakfast and Lunch (Dinner is on your own)
Thursday: Breakfast and Lunch
There will be speakers presenting at each meal.
Exhibit space this year will be limited to Federal agencies and non-profit organizations, up to eight (8) exhibits, available on a first come, first-served basis. There will not be an exhibit fee, however, there may be fees for booth amenities supplied by the hotel. Contact the Hilton for more information.
Hotel Registration and Registration Fees
For room reservations, please call the Hilton at (425) 455-1300. The Symposium West block of rooms is under "Federal Environmental Symposium". You will make two transactions. One is for your room reservation; the other is for the registration fee of $270 each.
