NDCEE Summer/Fall 2009 Newsletter
The National Defense Center for Energy and Environment (NDCEE) Program has published the Summer/Fall 2009 NDCEE Newsletter.
The newsletter provides information on recent NDCEE task accomplishments and interest items, including:
  • Development of a model that reduces the production costs of flowformed mortar tubes
  • Highlights of the NDCEE and Defense Safety Oversight Council (DSOC) Program Reviews
  • Application of technology roadmapping to transform installations for Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN)
  • Demonstration of a novel soil sampling and analysis method for energetics on DoD ranges
  • Introduction of the new NDCEE Program Director, Mr. Carl Scott
  • Managing life cycle risks of nanomaterials
  • Development, demonstration, and validation of a tool to streamline injury reporting in the field and increase the effectiveness of injury management
