EPA is taking direct final action to amend the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Facilities. In this action, EPA is clarifying the compliance date for the handling and storage of waste. This rule is effective on 3 October 2016 without further notice, unless the EPA receives significant and relevant adverse comment by 2 September 2016. If the EPA receives significant and relevant adverse comment, we will publish a timely withdrawal in the Federal Register informing the public that the rule will not take effect.
