Threatened Species Status for Coastal Distinct Population Segment of the Pacific Marten (Draft)

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) proposes to list the coastal distinct population segment (DPS) of Pacific marten (Martes caurina), a mammal species from coastal California and Oregon, as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act (Act). The effect of this regulation will be to add this species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. FWS will accept comments received or postmarked on or before 10 December 2018.
