Endangered Species Status for the Candy Darter (Final)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined endangered species status under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (Act), as amended, for the candy darter (Etheostoma osburni), a freshwater fish species from Virginia and West Virginia. This rule adds this species to the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This rule is effective 21 December 2018.
