Endangered Species Status for Southern Sierra Nevada Distinct Population Segment of Fisher (Final)

USFWS determined endangered species status under the ESA for the Southern Sierra Nevada Distinct Population Segment (DPS) of fisher (Pekania pennanti). This DPS occurs in California. The effect of this regulation will be to add this DPS to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This rule is effective 5 June 2020.
