Reclassification of the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker From Endangered to Threatened (Draft)

USFWS recently proposed to reclassify the endangered red-cockaded woodpecker (Dryobates borealis) as a threatened species with a rule issued under section 4(d) of the ESA. They announced a 60-day public comment period on the proposed rule, ending 7 December 2020.
