EPA is finalizing amendments to the NESHAP for Stationary Combustion Turbines. This final action removes the stay of the effectiveness of the standards for new lean premix and diffusion flame gas-fired turbines that was promulgated in 2004. The final rule is effective on 9 March 2022.
