The EPA is taking final action on the technology review conducted on the Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing (MCM) source category regulated under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). These final amendments include provisions for inorganic hazardous air pollutant (HAP) standards for process vessels. This final rule is effective 22 February 2023.
