  The following section of Module 5 (Steps 26 through 34) describes a yearly reporting requirement which must be met by July 1 of each year.

DOE Site Office provides each prime contractor with a list of TCs for which release and transfer information must be provided.

  Step 27

Each prime contractor completes and submits to the DOE Site Office Part II of the Form R report, with corporate identification, for their operations at the site.
