The Sticky Subject of Non-Stick: Regulatory Science Challenges of Per- and Poly-Fluorinated Compounds (College Station, TX)
The Texas A&M Interdisciplinary Faculty of Toxicology is pleased to announce its 2019 Annual Regulatory Science Symposium. This year the symposium will have three expert speakers discussing "The Sticky Subject of Non-Stick: Regulatory Science Challenges of Per- and Poly-Fluorinated Compounds." Topics include "Two Decades of Research on Perfluorinated Compounds: What Do We Know?" presented by Chris Lau, US EPA; "The Persistent Challenge of PFAS: Minnesota's 17 Year Journey" presented by Helen Goeden, Minnesota Department of Health; and "The Useful Chemistry of Perfluorinated Compounds: Managing Safety" presented by Chad Thompson, ToxStrategies.
