Day 2 picks up where Day 1 left off. This workshop is designed to equip COs and CORs, as well as other key stakeholders (e.g., energy managers, project facilitators, and energy service companies [ESCOs]) with the expertise needed to successfully manage ESPCs and UESCs from project initiation to contract closeout. The multiple-day sessions will cover pre-award activities, award, and post-award through project closeout. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and scenario-based exercises, participants will gain practical insights to confidently develop and evaluate cost-effective projects, execute task orders that minimize risk to the government and comply with federal laws, and ensure long-term project savings and success.
