This mobile version contains the same key functions and features as the full version of EJSCREEN, but in a more compact, easily accessible format. EJSCREEN is an environmental justice mapping and screening tool that provides EPA with a nationally consistent dataset and approach for combining environmental and demographic indicators. EJSCREEN users choose a geographic area; the tool then provides demographic and environmental information for that area.

EPA developed the National Stormwater Calculator (SWC) to help support local, state, and national stormwater management objectives and regulatory efforts to reduce runoff through infiltration and retention using green infrastructure practices as low impact development controls. It is designed to be used by anyone interested in reducing runoff from a property, including site developers, landscape architects, urban planners, and homeowners. It can be used for any location within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

This free UCONN mobile app is designed to help you properly install a rain garden at your home, office, or job site. Through video tutorials, diagrams, text, and tools, the App guides you through determining the size and placement of your garden, selecting plants, digging and planting your garden, and maintaining your garden. It also includes tools for determining your soil type, measuring the size of the area that will drain to your garden, and managing multiple rain garden projects.

The Marine Beach Sanitary Survey App is based on the routine marine beach sanitary survey form. This survey provides managers of marine beaches with a technically sound and consistent approach to identify pollution sources and share information. To use the app to complete the routine marine sanitary survey form, EPA provides two options for viewing the survey with your tablets.

Through this app, users can purchase and download professionally created Forest Service maps that are stored on their devices. They can use the maps based on their location when GPS is available. The maps also will allow users to measure distance and area, find coordinates, open a current view in Google maps, plot place marks, add notes, enter their own data and add photos as attributes. Almost 700 Forest Service maps are available through the app. The app works on iPhones (3GS or newer) and iPads with WiFi+3G. It also works with Android 4 or newer operating systems on devices with at least 1 gigabyte of memory.

The AIRNow mobile application provides you real-time air quality information that you can use to protect your health when planning your day. You can get location-specific reports on current air quality and air quality forecasts for both ozone and fine particle pollution (PM2.5). Air quality maps from the AIRNow website provide visual depictions of current and forecast air quality nationwide, and a page on air quality-related health effects explains what actions people can take to protect their health at different AQI levels, such as "code orange."

This app calculates NPDES effluent limitations according to the method in the USEPA document entitled, "Technical Support Document For Water Quality-based Toxics Control." The app presents the USEPA Water Quality Criteria as a reference. There are three sections that calculate Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) limits, Chemical specific limits, and values for use in a reasonable potential analysis.
