This course provides a summary and overview of the Clean Energy Rule finalized in April 2024. It highlights the rule's implications for federal agencies and identifies FEMP resources and plans to aid agencies in implementing the rule in new construction and major renovation projects. Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to: Identify the requirements of the Clean Energy Rule; Recognize when and how to apply the Clean Energy Rule to your agency's new construction and major renovation projects; and Identify FEMP resources and plans for supporting agency implementation of the Clean Energy Rule.
