		Episodic Reporting Requirements
		This section of Module 2 describes on-going requirements under EPCRA. The facility personnel are responsible for assuring that this section of Module 2 is performed whenever necessary so that all on-going requirements are met whenever they are necessary.
		Step 15 Has the LEPC requested additional emergency planning information from the facility?	Yes	Step 15A Supply any information requested by the LEPC.
		No
		Step 16 Have any changes occurred at the facility which affect emergency planning information which has been submitted to the LEPC (i.e., new EHSs on site, quantity of EHS on site increase above the TPQ, etc. . . )?	Yes	Step 16A Send the LEPC all updated information which is relevant to emergency planning.
		No
		Begin Module 3: Emergency Release
		This is the end of Module 2: Emergency Planning Notification.   You should now be finished with all Emergency Planning Notification requirements under EPCRA. Additional state planning requirements may apply to the facility, so it is appropriate to check with your state agency to identify if there are any additional requirements.
