		Step 9  Is the "Weight for 302 " (line K) greater than or equal to the TPQ (line D) for any of the EHSs present at the facility?	Yes	Go to Step 11, "'One-Time Reporting Requirements."

		No Emergency Planning Notification is required at this time. If a situation at the facility changes, (i.e., new chemicals added, designation made by the Governor, etc. . .) notification may be required at that time.
