For each product in which this toxic chemical was otherwise used, record an estimate of the quantity of the particular TC contained in each non-exempt product that was otherwise used at the facility during the previous calendar year in column 7 of Step 1, on the same line as the product containing the TC. Record the estimates for the exempt amount (if applicable) in column 6 of Step 2, on the same line as the product containing the TC.
