On the worksheet for this TC, calculate the total non-exempt quantity of the TC manufactured, processed, and otherwise used by summing the weights in columns 5, 6, and 7 of Step 1. Record these aggregate weights on lines (A), (B), and (C) of Step 1 respectively. Calcualte the total quantity of exempt TC manfactured, processed, and otherwise used by summing the weights in columns 4, 5, and 6 of Step 2. Record these aggregate weights on lines (A1), (B1) and (C1) of Step 2 respectively.

Completed contractor aggregation worksheet(s) are returned to the DOE Site Office which aggregates the results to determine which TCs meet or exceed the Manufactured, Processed, or Otherwise Used thresholds (steps 24, 25, and 26).
