This zip file contains the Federal Energy Management Program's Investment Grade Audit (IGA) Tool, which can be used by energy service companies during the ESPC ENABLE process. This new (September 2024) version of the tool restores all functionality, and has been updated to run with current versions of Windows and Excel.
