This event will provide a comprehensive roadmap of FAS acquisition pathways guiding you on when to utilize full-service Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) for complex large-scale requirements, when to use the Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS) for support-service for common requirements, or when to pursue the path of Customer self-service using FAS Shared Services for more flexible options (such as MAS, GWACs, Fleet, and Travel). Participants will leave equipped with practical decision-making frameworks to match project criteria with the appropriate support level and navigate the procurement lifecycle with confidence.
