This session equips procurement staff with a clear understanding of DPA responsibilities, provides contract access guidance, and shares best practices for managing task orders. Warranted ordering contracting officers (OCOs), as defined under FAR 1.603, must hold an OASIS DPA to solicit, evaluate, and award task orders under the OASIS contract. Only OCOs are eligible to receive a DPA.
