Aircraft is designated as property with Special Handling Requirements (41 CFR 102-36.175). GSA's Center of Expertise for Aircraft handles both Federal and DoD aircraft. This training will review the requirements for reporting property as well as the steps for customers interested in acquiring Excess or Surplus aircraft.
