Ohio EPA's Wastewater Compliance Assistance Unit (CAU) helps bring wastewater treatment plants into compliance and/or maintain compliance with their NPDES permit. The CAU created a methodology that evolved from many years of field work to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot activated sludge process issues.
