New dates for the Symposium are March 11-14, 2024. This Symposium will now be a fully virtual event. If you had registered for the event that was supposed to be held in October 2023, there is no need to re-register. All registration will be carried over to the new event. For everyone who didn't register for the event that was supposed to be held in October 2023, we are now re-opening registration through February 26, 2024. The Call for Presentations is also re-opening through December 29, 2023. |

Due to the uncertainties of the current Federal government situation, the 2023 Symposium has been postponed until early Spring 2024, at which time the Call for Abstracts will be re-opened and the event will be held virtual-only. We thank you for your understanding.

The FES 2023 Call for Presentation Abstracts period is now open through May 19, 2023. Speakers from federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, academia and private organizations representing a federal agency, are invited to present at the event. All presentations will be conducted at the NIH Bethesda Campus for in-person attendees while being streamed live to virtual attendees.
